CW: relationship violence, domestic violence, s*xual as*ult
Coach Nicole, of Detroit, Michigan, draws from her personal experience to discuss the impact of being surrounded by violence. Experiencing violence doesn't have to be the end, but can lead you to discover your path of interconnection between mind, body, and spirit. Nicole found her roots in god and the power of the creator. She discusses how god helped her heal and advised her on her own health and wellness journey. As Nicole's relationship with god grew, she developed a strong spiritual foundation. Nicole and Dr. Elisa Haransky Beck explain how important meditation is to be fully present in body and mind, and deliberate over the environmental problems taught through violence.
