Sally Lipsky, PhD is a plant-based educator/author/speaker, with a Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and eCornell. She leads the non-profit Plant-Based Pittsburgh, an affiliate of PlantPure Communities. Dr. Lipsky has written several books including Beyond Cancer: The Powerful Effect of Plant-Based Eating: How to adopt a plant-based diet to optimize cancer survival and long-term health.
